We have units in every price range and size from efficiency apartments through large 4 bedroom units.
Pets are allowed in all of our units after speaking with our Property Manager, Melissa K. Malesic. Normally, to have a pet in the apartment, you will have to submit additional funds for security deposit plus pay a little extra rent each month.
One month's rent plus security deposit rents any unit and you can move in today.
We do have all applicants complete a basic rental application and submit a non-refundable $25.00 application fee for consideration. We do background checks.
